Our Most Visited Coffee Shop

The Landing is what Sweetie and I consider our “local” coffee shop even though it’s a 30 minute drive to get there.  We’re rural.  Everything is a 30 minute drive!

I think it is safe to say that Sweetie is addicted to their sticky buns and they are the reason we visit The Landing so often.  It is also worth mentioning that they have “Nola Balls”.  A sweet but healthy granola treat that I like to pretend they named after me.

Located on the Nashwaak River, they have their own River blend coffee that you have to try.  They are accessible from Fredericton’s extensive network of trails, and it is not uncommon to see cyclists there.  Until recently, there was a bike shop inside the coffee shop!

The seating space inside is comfortable.  In the summer, they have a large outside patio.

There is always something extra happening at this coffee shop.  Spin class or yoga on the patio, free coffee for moms on Mother’s Day, fundraisers or coffee tastings.  They have gone beyond being a coffee shop to being a part of (and building) community.

We visit this coffee shop in all seasons and often meet my daughters, niece, and sister-in-law for coffee as it is centrally located for us all.  It really is the simple things in life that make it so rich!
