Cheers to the first day of summer!<\/h1>\n

I am keeping the post light today.\u00a0 I always have a curated list of “Things I Love” on the go, and I thought I might share some summery things off my list with you.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the list is to capture the many things that make me happy.\u00a0 It’s a little bit like a gratitude list.\u00a0 It reminds me of all the things I have to be grateful for.<\/p>\n

A shimmery summer day is definitely on the list!<\/p>\n

To make it more fun, I’m adding a carefully selected photo to go with each thing I love that you can use on your phone as a wallpaper.<\/p>\n

To use as a wallpaper follow these 3 easy steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Save your favorite (press and hold on the image you love from your iPhone to save it to your phone).<\/li>\n
  2. Then save the image as a new wallpaper as you normally would on your phone (Settings, Wallpaper, Add New, Photos).<\/li>\n
  3. Set the image to be your current wallpaper and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Iced Coffee<\/h1>\n

    Don’t dump the leftovers from your morning brew.\u00a0 Stash it in the fridge for latter.\u00a0 Add ice and sweet cream and you have the best summer treat!<\/p>\n

    Rose Hedge in Bloom<\/h1>\n

    Summer is when the rose hedge across the front of my property blooms.\u00a0 The pink blossoms smell like heaven and attract so many bumble bees.<\/p>\n

    The Sea<\/h1>\n

    You can’t come from the East Coast of Canada and ignore the ocean!\u00a0 Although the water only warms up a few degress in the summer, and I love the shore any time of year, the warmth of the summer sun makes it prime time to search for sea glass.<\/p>\n

    Pefectly still summer days result in mirrored images on the small lakes in our area.\u00a0 Taking the paddle board out on a day like this is nothing less than amazing!<\/p>\n
