Turning off the TV is a catalyst for change

In my post Lifehack to Downgrade Your Life Fast (NO TV) I review in great detail how this one action can be a catalyst for change in your life.

I won’t repeat it all here. You can read the post.

What I will say is that as soon as TV is out of your life something happens.

You start to reorient your life around other things.

Your time, energy, and resources (money) start to flow other places.

You make space.

If you are mindful of what you do with that space, good things start to come to you!

My mindful focus was simplifying my life.

Today I am free to explore opportunities, pursue interests that really matter to me, do work I love, live without financial stress, and more!

Challenge leads to change.

What have you got to lose?
